Ben Galloway graduated with a II.1 B.A. Honours Degree in Three Dimensional Design from The Surrey Institute of Design in 1990.
For nearly fifteen years he has worked in the creative design sector. He is the founder and Managing Director of Artifex London Limited http://www.artifexlondon.com a company specializing in the supply of newly developed stone and glass products including Glass Inlaid Marble and Glass Laminated Marble to specifiers of building and decorative materials worldwide.
Although Ben’s training was specifically three-dimensional design, his first love was, and remains, graphic design. He is entirely self-taught but has been producing graphic design for an assortment of private and corporate clients for over ten years. He has developed a special ability to tune into the sensibilities of each and every organisation or individual with whom he works, to focus on their specific requirements and create tailored design that is both imaginative and effective. His design style, which is elegant and restrained, strives to be precise, concise, articulate and memorable.
Asked which brands,(in his opinion), possess or have possessed some of the strongest brand identities, Ben named: Alessi, Apple, Biba, Ferrari, Georg Jensen, Google, Habitat, Hermes, Ikea, Riva and Sony.
